When you move into an area served by one of FirstEnergy's operating companies, one of the first things you'll want to do is to sign up to start electric service. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives 10-days prior to your move date at (800) 589-3101. Representatives are available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 

Real Page Utility Management

Residents are responsible for ratio utility billing charges for Heat, Air- Conditioning, hot-cold water, sewer & stormwater. You should automatically be enrolled when you become a Resident and do not need to sign up. You should receive an invoice from Real Page within 45 days of your move in date.
